Individual Sessions ​

The APS National Schedule of Recommended Fees 2023-2024 has the standard 46 to 60-minute consultation fee of $300. Our sessions with a Psychologist are 50-55 minutes in length. Our fees are set out below.

Principal Psychologist         $225 p/hr  (medicare rebate $96.55, fee per session after medicare rebate $131.45)

Clinical Psychologist            $275 p/hr  (medicare rebate $136.55, fee per session after medicare rebate $138.45)

Saturday Appointments     $250p/hr  (medicare rebate $93.55, fee per session after medicare rebate $156.45)

​Individual intake exploring sessions $225 ( 55 minutes) 

Couple Strategy Coaching Session $375 ( 80 mins)

WorkCover

Revive Psychology is happy to ease the financial burden for our WorkCover clients by invoicing WorkCover directly for all sessions. To set this up, please provide your case manager’s details and have your WorkCover client number ready for your first session.​

Cancellations

​If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let us know 24 hours before an appointment.

Medicare Rebates​

You’ll need a referral letter and a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP to claim a rebate through Medicare. Schedule an appointment with your GP to discuss the challenges you’re facing. Under the care plan, you may be eligible for up to 20 psychology counselling sessions per calendar year.

Health Fund Rebates

If you belong to a private health fund, you may be able to claim a rebate for psychological services. The exact amount of the refund will depend upon your level of coverage, and the rebate varies between health funds. It is best to check with your fund for an exact per-session rebate figure.
